MINUTES OF GENERAL MEETING 24 July 2009

1. GENERAL ASSEMBLY PRESIDENT ELECTION

After welcoming the President of the Board Panagiotis Karahalios,

Mr. Pantelis Giannoulis elected President of the General Assembly., Mr. Athanasios Sarantopoulos Secretary and Mr. George Poulos third member of the President.

4. FINANCIAL REPORT

5. GENERAL ANAFORA Chairman of the Board

It is in the interest of our village, to develop good relations with the municipality. There was a change in approach than in previous years, to develop better relations with the Municipal Administration (Municipality).

Cleanliness issues Our association is cultural and not executive. All we can offer to the prosperity of our village.

Initiative is a new generation of programs.

6. SPECIAL REPORT Chairman of the Board:

SEWAGE:

At 14 years was not working, there was no maintenance - just complaints to no avail.

The Board asked to investigate the matter by the Municipality and the Prefecture. Sent an engineer to control the system that needs maintenance (filters, tires, spare parts).
